  My experience was everything you'd expect from a Residence Inn (good staff, good facilities) with the exception of the beds.Because of the sag in the middle of the bed, Mmy wife and I spent the night teetering on the edge of the beds to keep from rolling together in the middle. My overall rating for this place is low. That's because if I don't get a good nights sleep because of the facilities I cannot never give it a good rating. I'd have no issue with going back to this place if the beds were replaced.

  Being by the airport, we were worried we would hear planes all day long... but we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was quiet and comfortable and the staff was wonderful- very eager to help. The breakfast was awesome, and had hot items in the selection. Our studio had everything we needed. The only negative (and it's a minor thing)... it took forever for the hot water to come on in the shower and sink. We would have to let the water run for a good 5-8 mins until it was hot enough. But other than that, we had a great time and would recommend this hotel to everyone.

  The whole family was in from out-of-state, so we needed lots of space. We were able to get two 2-bedroom suites for less than just 2 single rooms in most hotels. Quiet, carefully designed in a beautiful location, we had access to all the failities, the breakfast and happy hour activities and were still able to entertain family and friends in our suites. This staff has been carefully trained and provides excellent service. Front desk was attentive and right on schedule. Everything we asked for was in our rooms. Housekeeping was friendly and efficient. Maintenance was quick - we barely had time to hang up the phone. The gatehouse kitchen provided a fabulous breakfast, relaxing evenings. The weather was too cool for swimming, but we found the nearby walking paths just right for relaxation and exercise. And the location is situated in a interesting shopping zone - malls, strips, movies, restaurants and more. Amenities that make a difference - newspapers, maps, lots of parking, shuttle service, vending, laundromat, patio seating, even sports equipment for the courts. We'll be back.

• What can I expect.

  I have come to expect less and less from any/all service related industries. the room was great but the front desk personel could use loads of help.
