I was on my way to Ohio and stayed here for the night. It was great. I actually booked a room so when I was on my way back to Jersey I could stay here. Not far from the center of Pittsburgh.Great value for the money!

This is the second time my husband and i have stayed at a Candlewood Suites hotel. The first time was near Charolette, NC and they both were great! We just needed a place to sleep in Pittsburgh but the room is like an effeciency for the price of a hotel room. The room is clean and inviting. There is a desk, and the kitchen area has a full size refrigerator, sink, stove, microwave, .....it's like home, only smaller. This place is great and we just recommended it to my husband's parents. We'll be looking for these hotels when we travel!

Need to travel to Pittsburgh a few time in a year, and this hotel is by far the best buy I had ever experienced in Pitt. The front desk service is excellent. Room is clean and comfortable. The bath towels are thick with rich texture to it. The location also is excellent, right in the middle of the shopping center area, and the mall is just minutes away. Plenty of places to go just right around the hotel. The only complaint that I have is the AC unit seems to be loud. (BTW, it is not really louder than most of the hotels I stay) It posts a little bit of problem for us when I stayed in efficiency suite, but it is not an issue while we stayed at 1 BR suite since AC is at the living room area. Even the 1 bed room suite costs more, but it definitely worth the extra money. I will keep coming back to this place whenever I visit Pitt.
