Great location. We were in Pittsburgh for a Penguins game and Mellon is right across the street. Front desk staff was excellent. They went above & beyond to help us get the most out of our trip. Love the warm cookies. Room was perfect. Asked for a view of the Mellon and we got a great view from the 19th floor. We tried both room service & ate right at the restaurant and both were great! Food & service was outstanding at Bigelow Grille. We paid the extra $5 for vallet parking so we had no problems with parking. The shuttle was a nice feature although we only used it a few times since everything was in walking distance. Loved it so much we stayed an extra night. Couldn't ask for a better stay. Hopefully next trip we have more time to enjoy the pool.

Terrific staff--the parking guys were a hoot. Great location. Terrific fitness facility. Nothing but good stuff to say. I've stayed at the Wm Penn and spent more money, and sure the lobby of the Penn is elegant. So, I walked across the street and had a drink there.

Great Hotel in great location, especially if your attending an event at Mellon Arena. Shuttle service was an added bonus! And enjoyed the warm soft cookies. Our room was a suite (seperate living area/bedroom). Roomy, spacious and relaxing.

We stayed while attending a couple of Penguins games at nearby Mellon Arena. It's a very short walk to the arena and was ultra convenient. Parking for the hotel was a breeze. They also have a free shuttle that will take you around downtown. 7-11 convenient store also in same building was a plus. Bed and the bedding was great and very comfortable. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
